Job Overview:
We are expanding our premium hub in Pasay City ! We have two (2) major Customer Service Representative (CSR) accounts available for immediate onboarding. If you are a high-performing, competitive salesperson looking for life-changing commissions, our Personal Cruise Consultant role is waiting for you. If you prefer a stable, customer-care focus with steady growth, our Financial Account has slots ready.

Account 1: Personal Cruise Consultant (Premium Sales CSR)
- Role Type: Combined Inbound and Outbound Cruise Sales targeting direct consumers.
- Salary Offer: Up to ₱31,000 Gross Monthly Base
- Incentives: Earn up to ₱70,000 in monthly sales incentives based on performance!
- Experience Required: At least 1 year of hardcore sales experience . We highly welcome top-performing Real Estate/Condo Agents, Car Sales Agents, Financial Advisors, Insurance Agents, or outbound BPO sales experts.
- Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduates.
Account 2: Financial Account (Customer Care CSR)
- Salary Offer: ₱22,000 Gross Monthly
- Experience Required: At least 6 months of solid Call Center Experience (CCE) in any setup.
- Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduates.
- Skill Set: Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and a professional conversational tone.
Key Responsibilities:
- For Cruise Consultant: Actively engage with international travelers, pitch luxury cruise packages, close bookings, and hit monthly sales quotas to unlock major cash bonuses.
- For Financial Account: Assist international customers with secure account management, billing inquiries, transaction tracking, and balance disputes.
