Description - Manage and oversee collection accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding overdue balances.
- Develop strategies for delinquent accounts and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of collections activity and customer interactions.
- Report on account status and collection goals to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in collections or accounts receivable.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high-volume collections while maintaining accuracy.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
