Property Management Officer

Responsibilities - Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair requirements.
- Organize and facilitate seminars for buyers and homeowners on property maintenance, community rules, and other relevant topics.
- Manage buyer and homeowner inquiries through Viber or other communication channels in the absence of the Property Admin Assistant, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist in the registration process of the Homeowners Association (HOA) in Calamba, ensuring legal compliance and smooth coordination with homeowners.
- Oversee occupancy processes such as move-in/move-out procedures, unit inspections, and tenant coordination.
- Process and monitor construction bond applications, ensuring complete documentation, compliance with policies, and timely submission.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues, maintenance requests, and construction-related concerns.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all activities, transactions, and communications related to property management operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, or any related field.
- Experience in property management, real estate, facilities management, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; able to interact professionally with buyers, homeowners, and external partners.
- Knowledge of property laws, HOA processes, occupancy procedures, and construction bond requirements.
- Experience in conducting seminars and coordinating community activities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using communication tools such as Viber, email, and phone.
- Willing to be assigned to Lipa City, Batangas
