- Implement and monitor information security measures.
- Assist in network security management and risk assessment.
- Support users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT processes and standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Java, Information Security, and Network Security.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
