- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail in managing purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records.
- Source and evaluate suppliers to find the best products and services at competitive prices.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure purchases meet company requirements.
- Track deliveries and verify that received items are complete, accurate, and of good quality.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, contracts, and inventory levels.
- Negotiate pricing and build good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor procurement performance, provide reports, and recommend cost-saving or process improvements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and support operational needs.
