Job Summary
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering a positive workplace by managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, resolving workplace concerns, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role promotes effective communication, fair employee practices, and a healthy organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or Labor Relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
