- Act as a primary point of contact between clients and collections team.
- Facilitate communication to resolve billing inquiries promptly.
- Gather and analyze data to optimize collection strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and client interactions.
