Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field
• With experience in branch operations, customer service, sales, or administrative work
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• With own motorcycle and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
Act as assistant of the Branch Head
Consistently reports and give updates to the Branch Head regarding the concerns and issue of all Branch personnel.
Act as a reliever of the cashier, loan processor and ka may-ari care when they are on leave or
out of the office.
Assist Branch Head in implementing business development strategies for assigned branch.
Assist Branch Head to operate the branch in line with Simbayanan procedures and policies.
Assist Branch Head to achieve sales target and projected profit.
Provide warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all member owner.
Provide quality and exceptionally services to customers.
Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment
Assist in the promotion of Simbayanan membership recruitment
Branch officer can do field base work, offer membership, loans and collection.
