Liaison Officer

CBD Property Consultancy Corp.
- Act as the primary point of contact between our real estate clients and the CBD Property Consultancy Corp.
- Develop constructive client relationships, assessing their needs, and assisting them across property management services.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure the execution of contracts and services.
- Facilitate meetings, communication, and dispute resolution with stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends to provide expert consultancy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting clear and concise reports.
- Proficient in data analysis for supporting decision-making processes.
- Well-versed in MS Office Suite for daily administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English language for effective verbal and written communication.
- Excellent time management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
- Accurate data entry skills for maintaining comprehensive records.
- Sharp analytical skills to evaluate complex information.
- Skilled in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
- Office environment.
- May require occasional travel.

Educational Qualifications :Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
