Description - Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Assist customers with menu selections and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Support team members in daily operational tasks and ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
