QUALIIFCATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or any related field
- Proven experience in administrative support or office management, preferably in facilities-related functions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of facilities management or building maintenance is an advantage
A General Services & Facilities Assistant supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative needs of an office, building, or facility. The role focuses on keeping the workplace safe, functional, organized, and efficient.
Typical Responsibilities
- Coordinate building maintenance and repair requests
- Monitor cleanliness, utilities, and facility condition
- Assist with office supplies and inventory management
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Support workplace safety and compliance checks
- Handle logistics for office events, meetings, or room setups
- Maintain records related to facilities, equipment, and service schedules
- Assist with transport, messenger, or general administrative tasks
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and common areas
