Position: Retail Marketing Specialist
Location: Taguig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- With at least 3 years of marketing/retail operation experience
- With experience in home appliances company is advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and share actionable insights with Sales, RCs, PMs, and management.
- Generate monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance over rolling three-month periods.
- Distribute weekly store inventory reports with actionable recommendations and support purchase order preparation.
- Manage marketing expense budgets and process reimbursements, including promoter/RC salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related costs.
