Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist
Location: Philippines (onsite-BGC)
Salary: ₱25,000/month + ₱3,000 Food Allowance
Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven KOL Specialist to manage and grow our influencer marketing efforts. This role focuses on identifying the right creators, building strong partnerships, and executing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Coordinate content creation, campaign timelines, and deliverables with KOLs
- Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on social media trends and platform changes
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, branding, creatives) to ensure campaign consistency
- Manage influencer budgets, payments, and campaign reporting
- Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and platform policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Experience working with influencers, agencies, or affiliate programs is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
Skills & Tools (Preferred)
- Social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
- Basic graphic/content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Experience in affiliate marketing platforms is a plus
