Marketing Specialist

- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities for real estate listings.
- Create and manage digital content across multiple platforms.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies.
- Work with sales teams to coordinate marketing efforts for enhanced client service.
- Execute lead generation techniques to increase property sales and rentals.
- Design branded advertising campaigns for our consultancy’s reputation in property management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-year marketing experience preferred
- Proficient in social media platforms and marketing strategies- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough research and understand market trends
- Superior customer service ethos with a knack for multimedia engagement
- Demonstrated capacity in both sales and marketing disciplines
- Office setting with occasional travel for market research and campaigns
- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market trends
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning
