Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team at Man Automotive Concessionaires Corporation (MACC) .
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies by collecting and analyzing data to inform business decisions. You will work closely with the marketing team to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize our marketing efforts. Your ability to transform complex data into clear and concise reports will be critical in guiding our campaigns and enhancing our customer engagement. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior. You will be expected to use various analytics tools and methodologies to evaluate marketing performance and forecast future trends. By analyzing various data points, you will help in refining our target audiences, improving our product offerings, and ultimately driving growth.

· Performs research and market intelligence.
· Collect and analyze data on marketing performance and campaigns.
· Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
· Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
· Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies.
· Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Utilize various analytics and reporting tools to track marketing performance.
· Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Spreadsheets and with background in databases
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Attention to detail and a strong ability to work with large data sets.
· Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
· Candidate must be willing to be assigned at MAN Truck and Bus Center, EDSA Muñoz, Quezon City
