Marketing Specialist

Marketing Campaign Development:
- Campaign Strategy : Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Campaign Execution : Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
- Content Creation : Develop engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct Research : Perform market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
- Analyze Data : Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and ROI. Use insights to adjust strategies or improve future campaigns.
- Customer Insights : Identify and monitor customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, or any equivalent business course.
- Customer oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player, yet work independently when required
- Computer Literate
- Physically fit
