Digital Marketing Specialist

1. Social Media Management (TikTok-Centered)
• Managing TikTok business accounts (posting, scheduling, engagement)
• Understanding TikTok algorithm basics (reach, watch time, trends)
• Trend monitoring and fast content execution
• Community management (replying to comments, DMs)
• Hashtag and caption optimization
2. Content Creation & Production
• Short-form video ideation and scripting
• Filming using mobile-first best practices
• Basic video editing (CapCut, TikTok Editor, Canva)
• Use of trending sounds, effects, and transitions
• Storytelling for product, lifestyle, and promo content
3. Creative & Visual Skills
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy and branding
• Knowledge of brand tone, voice, and style
• Ability to adapt content to different campaigns (promo, awareness, engagement)
• Creating thumbnails and text overlays that improve watch time
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Reading TikTok analytics (views, CTR, engagement rate)
• Identifying top-performing content and patterns
• Basic reporting (weekly/monthly insights)
• A/B testing content formats (hooks, length, captions)
5. Campaign & Promo Support
• Supporting product launches and sales campaigns
• Coordinating content with e-commerce promos (e.g., payday sale, 7.7, 8.8)
• Working with influencers or UGC-style content
• Aligning TikTok content with Facebook, Instagram Reels, and Shopee/Lazada needs6. Copywriting & Communication
• Writing short, engaging captions and CTAs
• Adapting copy to trends and audience behavior
• Basic understanding of promotional messaging vs organic content
• Clear internal communication with marketing and design teams
7. Tools & Platforms
• TikTok Creator Tools & Business Center (basic)
• CapCut / Canva
• Meta Business Suite (basic familiarity)
• Google Drive, Sheets (content calendars, reports)
• Scheduling tools (if applicable)
