Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and monitoring the company's online marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, engage customers, and support sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media Management
- Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts.
- Create and schedule regular social media posts, promotional materials, and announcements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
- Monitor social media engagement and audience feedback.
- Maintain consistent company branding across all online platforms.
2. Content Creation
- Create promotional graphics, captions, videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Develop product advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Take and edit photos and videos of company products, events, and activities.
- Prepare content calendars and promotional schedules.
- Ensure all published content is accurate and professional.
3. Digital Advertising
- Create and manage Facebook/Instagram and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.
- Track leads, inquiries, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements to increase advertising effectiveness.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns with the Sales Team.
4. Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate potential customer leads through online marketing activities.
- Forward and properly record customer inquiries and leads.
- Coordinate with Account Officers regarding online-generated leads.
- Support product promotions, sales campaigns, and company events.
- Help convert online inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
5. Website & Online Presence
- Assist in updating company website content, product information, and promotional materials.
- Monitor online listings and company profiles.
- Maintain accurate product information, contact details, and promotional announcements.
6. Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media and advertising performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Track key metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers
- Leads generated
- Inquiries
- Website traffic
- Advertising cost
- Sales conversions
- Provide recommendations based on marketing results.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram advertising and social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google tools, or similar platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn new digital marketing tools and trends
