TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate trade promotions, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer-specific marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) materials and ensure timely distribution to retail partners.
- Coordinate merchandising activities to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Monitor promotional budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing programs.
- Measure the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and external agencies.
- Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve channel performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
