Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000/month Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Work Schedule: Monday to Friday TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR FINANCE CAREER!Are you a seasoned Finance or Accounting professional with extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial analysis ?
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Manager who will play a key role in driving effective financial planning, monitoring business performance, and providing valuable financial insights to management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of the company's annual and long-range financial plans , including those of its subsidiaries, in compliance with the requirements of Japanese principals.
• Lead the preparation of yearly standard costs for all vehicle models.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, reporting, and management .
• Oversee the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of operating expense (OPEX) and capital expense (CAPEX) budgets .
• Conduct cost/price studies and financial analysis regularly and upon management request.
• Prepare and present financial studies and reports to management to support effective and timely business decisions.
• Participate in special projects and other assignments as directed by top management.
• Review and analyze actual results versus budget and financial plans , including accruals, revenues, costs, and operating expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS✔ Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
✔ CPA is preferred ✔ At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Control ✔ Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost management ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Excellent financial reporting and management presentation skills ✔ Able to work effectively with senior management and handle multiple priorities WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive salary: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000/month
