Client Service Officer - Australian Financial Planning

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Service Officer to support Australian financial advisers with client administration, review preparation, new client onboarding, and implementation of financial advice.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Australian financial planning experience and hands-on experience using both Xplan and Intelliflo .
You will help manage client records, prepare documentation, coordinate insurance applications, and ensure client requests and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to Australian financial advisers.
Assist with client review preparation and post-advice implementation.
Coordinate new client onboarding, including documentation and client setup.
Maintain and update client information using Xplan and Intelliflo.
Prepare client files, reports, and supporting documents for adviser reviews.
Assist with insurance applications and coordinate requirements with insurers and product providers.
Follow up on outstanding documents, medical requirements, underwriting, and application status.
Coordinate with advisers, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
Track pending tasks and ensure requests are completed within required timelines.
Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant client records.
1–2 years of experience supporting Australian financial planning clients.
Hands-on experience using Xplan and Intelliflo is required .
Experience supporting Australian financial advisers or financial planning firms.
Understanding of Australian financial planning administration and client service processes.
Experience with client reviews, onboarding, or post-advice implementation.
Exposure to insurance applications and liaising with insurers is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
