Job Title PMO Specialist - UK Financial Collections (Onsite Quezon City) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Specialist to support our financial collections vertical. In this role, you will drive project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure the timely delivery of key milestones while maintaining robust governance, compliance, and documentation control.
If you have three or more years of experience within a Project Management Office and thrive in a dynamic contact center operational setting, we want to hear from you.
• Work Setup: 100 percent Onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City
• Shift: Shifting Schedule
• Salary: Will be discussed during the interview process
• Start Date: ASAP / Immediate
• Headcount: 1 Available Slot Key Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience working within a Project Management Office.
• Contact Center Background: Proven experience operating as a PMO specifically within a contact center or business process outsourcing environment.
• Project Governance: Strong understanding of project governance standards, risk management, audits, and change control processes.
• Documentation Control: High proficiency in tracking project deliverables and maintaining governance artifacts with strict version control.
• Skills: Exceptional coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to manage resource and financial reporting. Core Responsibilities • Project Tracking: Support project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure the timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
• Documentation and Governance: Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting records, and governance artifacts with proper version control.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to provide clear project performance visibility to leadership.
• Compliance and Audits: Ensure full compliance with organizational project governance standards, risk management protocols, audits, and change control processes.
• Administrative Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders while managing resource tracking, financial reporting, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and system access administration. Recruitment Process 1. Initial Interview
