Responsibilities:
- Create and refine dynamic scheduling processes that maximize workforce efficiency and boost productivity.
- Assess staffing demands and predict upcoming scheduling needs to stay ahead.
- Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure schedules perfectly align with recruitment and training plans.
- Proactively monitor and adapt schedules in real-time to effectively handle any changes and resource challenges.
- Produce insightful reports on scheduling performance, workforce utilization, and key metrics.
- Suggest innovative strategies to continuously improve scheduling effectiveness and elevate service quality.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of proven experience in scheduling or workforce management in the BPO sector
- Must be amenable to start ASAP
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes
- Expertise in juggling multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
