Real Estate Consultant
Full-time
Dempsey Resource Management Inc.
- Assist in managing leasing operations and tenant relations.
- Support property management with leasing activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate property viewings and maintain leasing documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential residents.
- Help with marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Assist in processing applications and lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with applicants.
- Candidate must possess a college/bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing
- At least 2-3 years experience in Sales and Leasing
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Can handle inquiries, ads, getting sales and leasing projects
- With real estate experience
- Preferably with customer service experience
- Amenable to work in Makati
- Real estate experience is a must
Qualifications:
• Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs: 8:00AM-6:00PM ; Fri: 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Work Locations: Bangkal, Makati
