- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials or menu changes.
- Recommend and upsell food and beverages to guests.
- Accurately take food and drink orders using order pads or POS systems, including special requests.
- Take and prepare beverage orders for guests or servers in accordance with company standards.
- Open and pour wine properly.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain bar stock, monitor inventory, and organize supplies.
- Perform routine cleaning duties as assigned.
- Assist in other restaurant areas such as handling phone inquiries or supporting team operations.
- Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
- Follow grooming standards and present a neat, professional appearance.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all food, beverages, and services offered.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- At least 5’9” in height.
- Physically fit, well-groomed, and confident with a smart and presentable appearance.
- 30 years old or below.
- 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive and service-oriented attitude.
