Description - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer requests and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Comply with local and state regulations regarding the serving of alcohol.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in bartending or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Upselling Skills, Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
