Filipino Services Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirements - Filipino national with Mandarin Chinese proficiency for workplace communication.
- Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping or office services supervisory experience, preferably from hotels, corporate offices, or similar environments.
- Experience managing housekeeping, security, and maintenance personnel is preferred.
- Strong leadership, staff training, communication, and coordination skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and work assignments of office stewards/housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and office facilities meet company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to support teams and monitor their service quality.
- Coordinate daily maintenance, housekeeping, and other office support requirements.
