Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding mortgage/loan servicing.
- Assist customers with delinquent accounts and repayment solutions.
- Follow up on payment commitments and document customer interactions.
- Use an autodialer to maximize customer contacts.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Meet daily productivity and contact targets.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of BPO experience , preferably in collections .
- Fluent in Spanish and English .
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling escalations and complex customer concerns.
- Positive, professional, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work full onsite- night shift schedule.
