Dining Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily dining operations to ensure excellent service is delivered to guests.
- Assist in training and supervising dining staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to create a welcoming and attractive dining atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in restaurant or dining service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management and restaurant management skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory and cost management
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Team player with strong interpersonal skills
