Service Training Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct orientation and training for newly hired service crews
Perform monthly branch or operational audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
Prepare audit reports and submit findings to management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course
Experience in restaurant operations, customer service, training, or related field is an advantage
With supervisory or managerial experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct presentations and employee orientations
Willing to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
Work Schedule:
