Position Title: Senior NetSuite Finance Consultant

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / UK time

Role Overview:

The Senior NetSuite Finance Consultant will provide senior functional expertise across Oracle NetSuite Finance, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C), Salesforce/CPQ integration, billing, and revenue recognition. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on O2C and related commercial integrations, with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) as a secondary area. The successful candidate will work across Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, IT, and external partners to design, support, and improve scalable NetSuite solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• * Own and support NetSuite Order-to-Cash processes, including:

• * Sales Orders

• * Billing Schedules

• * Invoicing

• * Accounts Receivable

• * Customer payments

• * Credit memos

• * Revenue Recognition

• * Advanced Revenue Management

• * Support and improve integrations between Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and NetSuite.

• * Understand the end-to-end process from: Salesforce / CPQ → Sales Order → Billing → Revenue Recognition → Invoice → Cash.

• * Work with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and technical teams to ensure accurate flow of customer, product, pricing, contract, billing, and revenue data.

• * Investigate and resolve issues related to Salesforce/CPQ and NetSuite integrations.

• * Support complex billing requirements, including recurring billing, billing schedules, milestone billing, and subscription-based models.

• * Provide strong functional expertise in NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management and revenue recognition.

• * Support Procure-to-Pay processes as a secondary responsibility, including:

  • * Purchase Orders

  • * Vendor Bills

  • * Vendor Payments

  • * Vendor Credits

  • * Approval workflows

  • * Procurement integrations

  • * Provide functional support across wider NetSuite Finance modules, including:

  • * General Ledger

  • * Accounts Payable

  • * Accounts Receivable

  • * Record-to-Report

  • * Intercompany

  • * Multi-currency

  • * OneWorld / Multi-subsidiary

  • * Fixed Assets

  • * Amortization

  • * Month-end and period close

• * Translate business and Finance requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

• * Support configuration, enhancements, testing, UAT, releases, and production issue resolution.

• * Work closely with NetSuite developers and integration teams on functional and technical requirements.

• * Perform root-cause analysis and drive issues through to resolution.

What You’ll Need:

• * At least 5 years of strong hands-on NetSuite Finance experience.

• * Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash.

• * Strong experience with Salesforce and/or CPQ integrations with NetSuite.

• * Strong knowledge of:

  • * Sales Orders

  • * Billing Schedules

  • * Accounts Receivable

  • * Revenue Recognition

  • * Advanced Revenue Management

• * Good understanding of complex billing and subscription-based business models.

• * Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay.

• * Broad knowledge of NetSuite Finance modules and accounting processes.

• * Experience working with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-entity environments.

• * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• * Ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, and external partners.

• * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• * NetSuite certification is preferred.

What Will Set You Apart:

• * Good understanding of NetSuite SuiteScript and customization concepts.

• * Experience with SuiteFlow / NetSuite workflows.

• * Understanding of NetSuite APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integration architecture.

• * Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar.

• * Experience with Coupa, Payhawk, Concur, or similar finance and procurement systems.

• * Experience in SaaS, subscription, or recurring-revenue businesses.
