Position Title: NetSuite Product Consultant

Work Arrangement / Work Shift:

Role Overview: We are looking for a Product Consultant with strong NetSuite expertise to contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of NetSuite-based products, primarily our Localizations. The successful candidate will help deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enable customers to streamline business processes and benefit from reliable system functionality that supports compliance requirements. This position is well suited to a NetSuite professional who enjoys translating business and product requirements into practical solutions while contributing across the full product lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain functional NetSuite product components based on defined product requirements and solution designs.

• Translate business and product requirements into functional NetSuite solutions.

• Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, estimates, test scenarios, and related documentation.

• Perform functional testing and validation to support product quality and release readiness.

• Investigate, resolve, or escalate advanced product support issues.

• Maintain functional product and end-user documentation.

• Execute standard product implementations and configurations.

• Support continuous product improvement and product lifecycle activities.

• Assist with solution demonstrations, sales support, training, and knowledge-sharing when required.

• Contribute functional expertise to customer projects and larger product development initiatives.

What You’ll Need: NetSuite expertise

• Strong functional knowledge of NetSuite and its customisation capabilities, including SuiteBuilder, Saved Searches, Workbooks, custom fields and records, and workflows.

• Understanding of NetSuite development and customisation best practices.

• Experience designing and implementing business solutions within NetSuite environments.

Functional and business expertise

• Strong accounting background and a sound understanding of finance and accounting processes.

• Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems support them.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions.

• Experience creating functional specifications and solution documentation.

• Experience with functional testing, quality assurance, and release validation.

• Ability to analyze problems and identify effective, scalable solutions.

• Experience with ERP localisation or country-specific solution development is a significant advantage. Relevant experience may include developing, configuring, testing, or supporting solutions related to:

  • local tax requirements

  • regulatory reporting

  • electronic invoicing

  • statutory financial reporting

  • country-specific ERP functionality
