NetSuite Implementation Consultant

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote / EST or PST

Role Overview: Join our Professional Services team as a NetSuite Implementation Consultant. You'll lead NetSuite implementations for construction companies, helping them transform their operations with our company solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for construction clients

• Gather and document business requirements through client discovery sessions

• Configure NetSuite to meet client-specific needs

• Implement BlueCollar Projects modules including budgeting, billing, and revenue recognition

• Develop and deliver training programs for client teams

• Provide go-live support and post-implementation optimization

• Create implementation documentation and best practices

• Collaborate with development team on custom solution requirements

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of NetSuite implementation experience

• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (GL, AR, AP, Inventory)

• Experience with SRP Module

• Experience with project-based accounting or construction industry

• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

What Will Set You Apart:

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certification

• CPA or construction accounting background

• Experience with AIA billing and WIP reporting

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
