REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
• Open to foreign nationals and can process a working visa.
• Open to Fresh graduates and Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• Having related experience is a big plus
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo shipments, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth shipping operations.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding shipping and logistics concerns.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
• Monitor shipment progress, resolve logistics issues, and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities to ensure timely delivery.
