Key Account Representative

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain client relationships, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-oriented, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
