Medical Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical products, devices, and equipment to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell medical products to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide training, demonstrations, and ongoing support to clients regarding product usage.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Field
- Proven experience in medical sales or a similar field (preferably 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
