- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction levels through feedback and improvement suggestions.
- 6 weeks onsite training, then WAH after (15MBPS Upload; 25MBPS Download)
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, basic computer skills, customer service orientation
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, problem-solver, and adaptable
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment, may require occasional overtime during peak periods
