Project Supervisor

Description - Oversee daily project operations and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Conduct regular project evaluations to monitor timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and updates.
- Provide leadership and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during project execution.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in project supervision
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
