Job Title: Project Supervisor / Site Engineer
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Supervisor who holds a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects while specifically managing HVAC system installation, design, and maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, organize, and supervise the execution of construction and HVAC projects from start to finish.
- Create project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage project costs and resources effectively to stay within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Technical & Engineering Duties
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and HVAC layouts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems (chillers, air handling units, ducting, piping, etc.).
- Ensure all construction works and mechanical installations adhere to engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to both structure and mechanical systems.
Safety & Administration
- Enforce strict health and safety policies on site; ensure zero-accident compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, material requisitions, and site memos.
- Supervise and train site workers and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering .
- Valid Professional License / PRC ID is highly preferred.
- Certification in HVAC design or relevant technical training is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction and HVAC industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and materials.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and mechanical plans.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant software.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site management.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
