Description - Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create detailed project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or Structural engineer license.
- Experience Level: 15+ years of project management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven ability to lead projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in managing budgets and planning resources effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
