Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.. This is a vital role in ensuring all fabrication projects are managed efficiently and for a productive work environment for all employees at Wizard of ADS Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
- Monitor workflow, output, and production schedules to meet targets.
- Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring safety and productivity.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Track production KPIs and prepare operational reports e.g PERT CPM
- Manage inventory levels and oversee equipment performance.
What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in production management, and structural costing of materials
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or other process-improvement methods (preferred).
- Proficiency in production software, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
