We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to manage outbound calls for debt collection, ensure timely payments, and maintain positive customer relations on behalf of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Communicate payment options and negotiate payment plans.
- Update customer accounts and document interactions.
- Resolve customer issues or disputes in a professional manner.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Previous experience in telesales or collections is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
