JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Filipino national who is fluent in French
- Preferably Currently residing in Cebu City
- Open to graduates and undergraduates
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Willing to work onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients
- Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders
- Answer and resolve consumer complaints
- Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
- Resolves payment complaints
