Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with French-speaking customers
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate information
- Assist in tracking orders and coordinating distribution updates
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions
- Guide customers regarding repairs and service inquiries
- Resolve billing and payment-related concerns
- Ensure timely documentation and follow-ups
Job Requirements
- Preferably Filipino fluent in French
- Open to foreign nationals with permanent visa in the Philippines
- Proficient in French and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree holder preferred, but undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
