- With years of experience in Customer Service Representative
- Amenable to attend interview
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amendable to work in Cebu City
Responsibilities
- Use email and chat to manage all incoming and outgoing customer communications.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are fully and accurately addressed.
- Interact with customers with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when appropriate
