Job description
- Strategy & Culture: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from job posting and interviewing to onboarding high-quality talent.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and professional growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Maintain pay plan and benefits programs; ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, health and safety, etc.).
- Learning & Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for staff at all levels.
