Human Resources Specialist

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational structure.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage the offboarding process for employees leaving the organization, including exit interviews and final paperwork.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an HR role, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
