Human Resource Officer

- Manage recruitment processes and conduct interviews to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee performance evaluation programs and provide guidance to managers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- With experience in DOLE’s regulations and other Labor related concerns of the employees. Can handle work pressures and timelines.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
