- Provide excellent customer service: Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and any other needs they may have.
- Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. This may include tasks such as tidying shelves, facing merchandise, and assisting with visual merchandising displays.
- Process transactions: Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns and exchanges.
- Strong customer service skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Basic computer skills: Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic computer software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
