- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist customers and resolve queries effectively.
- Basic numeracy and knowledge of cash handling.
- Familiarity with inventory management is an advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Personal Traits: Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift light to moderate items, and work flexible hours.
